A session will break down adhesions and pin point trigger points as well as loosen up your tense muscles.

And finally if you play a lot of sports, are a casual runner, do a lot of manual labour such as working as a tree surgeon, gardener or builder then a Sports & Remedial Massage would benefit you greatly. It uses deep massage and stretching techniques and focuses on joint mobility and keeping muscles, tendons and ligaments in their optimum healthy state. It is also useful after you have sustained a soft tissue injury, and can help in rehabilitation.
